They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.**What your background should look like**:**What You will be doing in this role**:- Converting end-to-end supply chains from a push to a pull flow transformation- Implement Kanban across all facilities- Support and lead various mixed model strategies, including but not limited to PFEP & EPEI- Coach plant leadership to use Kanban & lean tools- Ensure that the techniques and mindset become established across the organization and the processes are robustly applied to maximize benefits- Lead & support Supply Chain Improvement projects across all of ADM- Create and execute change management across the Supply Chain organization- Own and support key central Supply Chain processes centrally- Develop & support processes improvements that exemplify our One Supply Chain vision- Investigate & identify root causes to provide guidance and future actions- Complete Standard work training & documentation**Background**:- You have experience transforming supply chains from a push to pull strategy- You have knowledge & experience implementing Kanban- You have continuous improvement & lean manufacturing experience- You have ability to balance multiple projects & objectives- You are self-driven and have confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change- You are a critical thinker and have great attention to details- You have high level of computer literacy; ability to learn new tools and products quickly- You have a strong understanding of Material Resource Planning systems- You have 10+ years of Supply Chain experience- You have SAP Experience & Understanding of SAP material master fields- You have excellent communication skills, verbal and written**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
