Specializing in progression, line, and draw dies, the company boasts particular expertise in automated and progressive tooling for the heat transfer components sector.Leveraging in-house capabilities, from 3D VISI software design to advanced CNC machining, they ensure top-tier quality in every component. Renowned for producing high-quality prototypes and parts that closely resemble hard tooling outputs, the company excels in delivering precision and innovation.Equipped with 40 to 800-ton presses, their facility accommodates a wide range of project requirements while maintaining stringent adherence to specifications and tolerances. Beyond stamping, the company offers comprehensive services including spot welding, surface coatings, robotic welding, and complete assembly line capabilities.**Job Overview**:Reporting to the VP Sales, the Sales & Account Executive will generate revenue for the company through strong relationships with key customers.**Authority**:- **The Sales & Account Executive has the authority to**:- Own the relationship with the customer- Schedule and conduct customer meetings to discuss opportunities and gather project information- Negotiate with customers and present terms to the VP Sales or President- Present quotes and pricing information to customers- Notify CEO of customer concerns or complaints*- **Work with Sales Team to**:- Request quotes- Propose pricing and timeline changes based on customer feedback- **Work with VP Operations to**:- Launch projects by creating project packages and hosting internal meetings- Collect information on active customer projects- **The Sales & Account Executive **_**does not**_ **have the authority to**:- Determine pricing or create quotes- Sign contracts that bind the company- Change scheduling or delivery of services**Responsibilities**:- Nurturing warm and colder leads in order to ultimately close sales- Understanding the sales pipeline in order to follow up with leads accordingly- Be able to manage 10-20 clients simultaneously- Increase company revenue from assigned accounts and prospects- Develop, maintain, and nurture a close direct professional relationship with the top client at each account- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with customers- Understand the customer's pain points and provide tailored solutions- Gather information about the customer's budget and timeline- Create and maintain deals in HubSpot- Present quotes to the customer and collect feedback- Conduct negotiations with customers to secure deals- Create project packages for the operations team- Host internal project launch meetings with Operations**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:- 3-5 years of experience in sales and understanding the whole sales funnel- Experience closing sales and nurturing warm and colder leads- Must have experience in Manufacturing, Automotive or Appliance industry- Account manager experience- Nice to have: metal and tool die exp**What is expected of you**:**Accountability**:- _**The Sales & Account Executive is accountable for**_:- Successfully closing deals and growing revenue for assigned accounts- Having detailed knowledge of the customer’s organization (people, projects, and goals)- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries effectively- Tracking and maintaining the status of all assigned quotes in HubSpot- Collaborating with the Operations team to launch projects effectively- Educating leadership team on industry trends, competitors, and service/product gaps**Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**:- _**The Sales & Account Executive will be tracked on**_:- Revenue growth from their accounts- Number of quotes sent to their accounts- Number of touch points with their accounts- The target value for each KPI will be agreed upon by the Sales & Account Executive and the VP Sales after accounts are assigned to the Sales & Account Executive.Pay: $29,737.63 per monthWork Location: Remote
