Our clients are the CEOs and executive teams of the top Global 1,000 companies.**Job Overview**:This position requires an individual who has superior organizational and prioritization skills; understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times; has experience working in fast- paced environments and is able to consistently deliver in a high-volume environment while remaining organized and calm under pressure.**This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the office. There is no option to work fully remote.****Key Responsibilities**:- Assist the team’s recruiting efforts in the U.S, Canada, Brazil and Mexico City.- Coordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including office visits, zoom calls, and internal meetings.- Post and maintain job openings in our applicant tracking system and internal and external career sites.- Update and maintain trackers reflecting interview schedules and status.- Collect and track interviewer feedback.- Generate offer letters and collect new hire paperwork.- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.**Experience Required**:- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office- Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus (Workday)- Experience in a global corporate organization is a plus.**Skills and Attributes**:- Superior organization and attention to detail are critical skills for this role.- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.- Ability to manage a heavy calendar.- Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner.- Superior customer service skills.- Fluency in English REQUIRED (spoken and written)- Ability to handle multiple projects with shifting deadlines.Marsh & McLennan Companies is a global professional services firm providing advice and solutions in the areas of risk, strategy and human capital.
