We are seeking a seasoned** Senior Systems Engineer** to serve as an individual contributor within our client's team. This role requires a professional who can install, integrate, and deploy solutions effectively, design and develop technical architectures, and ensure secure and compliant system operations.RESPONSIBILITIES- Install, integrate, and deploy Okta solutions in various client environments- Design and develop technical architectures for integrated identity management, access management, and access governance solutions- Document configuration, deployment processes, and standard operating procedures- Utilize Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL for solution customization and integration- Leverage Okta features for authentication and authorization services- Oversee privileged access management to protect sensitive resources and ensure compliance- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks to achieve project goals- Provide expertise in on-prem Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD- Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for system improvement and optimization**REQUIREMENTS**:- Proven ability to work directly with customers independently- Solid experience in Okta Administration including SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and protocols like LDAP, REST/SOAP APIs- Familiarity with security concepts including Zero Trust, least privilege, and RBAC- Experience designing and building system automation that considers scalability, redundancy, and error handling- Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for troubleshooting complex identity-related issues- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholdersNICE TO HAVE- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their identity services- Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC2- Familiarity with directory services like Active Directory and Azure AD- Proficiency in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for task automationWE OFFER- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions- International Mobility Plan within 25 countries- Constant training, mentoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- English classes with a certified teacher- Support for employee’s initiatives (Algorithms club, toastmasters, agile club and more)- Enjoyable working environment (Gaming room, napping area, amenities, events, sport teams and more)- Flexible work schedule and dress code- Collaborate in a multicultural environment and share best practices from around the globe- Hired directly by EPAM & 100% under payroll- Law benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 25% vacation bonus)- Major medical expenses insurance: Life, Major medical expenses with dental & visual coverage (for the employee and direct family members)- 13 % employee savings fund, capped to the law limit- Grocery coupons- 30 days December bonus- Employee Stock Purchase Plan- 12 vacations days plus 4 floating days- Official Mexican holidays, plus 5 extra holidays (Maundry Thursday and Friday, November 2nd, December 24th & 31st)- Monthly non-taxable amount for the electricity and internet bills
