We are seeking a **Finance & Accounting Manager** to serve as the financial backbone of our company. This role is critical to ensuring profitability, operational discipline, and financial transparency across all business units.As Finance & Accounting Manager, you will:- Design and implement integrated financial and administrative systems.- Provide real-time visibility into financial performance.- Partner with operations, development, and hotel leadership to drive strategic decision-making.- Manage international vendor relationships, requiring **advanced English skills**.This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on a fast-growing company in the hospitality and real estate sector.**Key Responsibilities**- **Financial Systems & Reporting**: Develop dashboards, forecasting models, and cost-tracking tools to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Lead annual and rolling budgeting processes; refine assumptions, KPIs, and projections in collaboration with department heads.- **Performance Monitoring**: Create transparent financial dashboards; train managers and supervisors to use them effectively.- **Accounting & Closing**: Oversee monthly closings, consolidated financial statements, variance analysis, and executive reporting.- **Process Improvement**: Continuously enhance accounting policies, workflows, and internal controls.- **Profitability Initiatives**: Identify and execute strategies to improve margins, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.- **Compliance & Risk Management**: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audits while managing financial risk.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting leadership roles, ideally within **hospitality, hotels, or real estate development**.- Advanced English (spoken and written) - essential to work with international vendors and partners.- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial system implementation (ERP, dashboards, reporting tools).- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.- Proficiency in accounting software and enterprise systems; advanced Excel required.- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of staying on budget and driving profitability.**What We Offer**- Opportunity to be part of a growing company shaping the future of hospitality and real estate in Mexico.- A dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work culture.- Exposure to international business and cross-functional leadership.- Competitive compensation package aligned with experience.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de vidaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes experiência implementando sistemas financieros o herramientas como ERPs, dashboards o plataformas de presupuesto?
