ECI is looking for a sharp, proactive **B2B Collections Technician** to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced world of electrical components manufacturing.In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of valued business customers, drive timely collections, resolve account issues, and partner with sales, customer service, and operations. Also, you'll troubleshoot complex accounts, negotiate payment solutions, and contribute directly to our company’s financial health.**What you bring**:- Experience handling B2B collections (manufacturing or electrical industry a plus).- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Ability to build relationships while securing payments.- Detail-oriented with a knack for resolving disputes and reconciling accounts.**Key Responsibilities: B2B Collections Techician (Electrical Components Manufacturing).**- **Knowledge B2B Customer Portfolio**: Oversee accounts receivable for a diverse B2B customer base, ensuring prompt collection of outstanding invoices while maintaining strong business relationships.- **Account Reconciliation**: Research and reconcile complex account issues related to partial payments, quantity variances, shipping errors, or product returns common in the electrical components sector.- **Coordinate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with sales, order management, shipping, and customer service teams to investigate and resolve billing disputes, delivery discrepancies, or contract compliance issues impacting payment.- **Dispute Resolution Expertise**: Efficiently handle common industry-specific disputes such as consignment inventory issues, delivery schedules, technical specifications, or warranty claims affecting payments.- **Support Continuous Improvement**: Participate in process improvement initiatives related to invoicing accuracy, electronic payment adoption, and customer onboarding to minimize future collection issues.**Experience and education**- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.- 1+ year of B2B collections experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.- Bilingual in English and Spanish**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities.**- Knowledge of B2B collections principles, strategies, and best practices.- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional customer interactions.- High attention to detail and accuracy in account reconciliation.- Analytical thinking to identify account trends, risks, and root causes of payment delays.- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, customer service, and operations teams.- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and diplomatically, to work independently while managing a large customer portfolio, and to maintain a customer-focused approach while ensuring timely collections.- This position requires Bilingual in English and SpanishTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesExperiência:- Cobranza B2B: 1 año (Obligatorio)- Excel: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles (Indispensable) (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
