No Relocation Assistance Offered - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico**_ Job Summary_****The Assistant Manager - Personal Care designs and creates the technology platform and pipeline, formula Funding the Growth and simplification strategies, and new products focused on delighting the consumer, taking a consumer or professional insight or a technology lead and leveraging it in support of the category strategies. Equally defines the technical strategy for selected areas including formula-driven improved delivery and efficacy, next-generation ingredients, and new product forms and sensory signals, increasing the number of patents and intellectual property, delivering added value for the company.
