And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en carrera administrativa, ingeniería o afín al puesto.- Experiência laboral demostrable como coordinador/supervisor de entrenamiento, mínima de 5 años.- Conocimiento en métodos y técnicas eficaces de capacitación laboral.- Habilidad para completar el ciclo de capacitación (valorar necesidades, planificar, desarrollar, coordinar, supervisar y evaluar).- Amplio conocimiento en el manejo y cumplimiento de requerimientos ante la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social.- Eficiente manejo de personal.- Habilidades en liderazgo y comunicación.- Nível de inglés: 80%.**Descripción** de actividades**:- Coordinar la identificación y evaluación de las necesidades de capacitación para elaborar el plan anual de capacitación.- Administración del programa de capacitación para la preparación y desarrollo del personal.- Responsable de evaluar la efectividad del entrenamiento.- Coordinar y / o participar en la implementación de los cursos de capacitación y desarrollo requeridos por el programa anual de capacitación.- Evaluar la eficacia del programa de capacitación y desarrollo y proponer recomendaciones de mejora.- Responsable de mantener el registro y evidencia de los entrenamientos y certificaciones del personal; así como desarrollar e implementar los reportes necesarios para cubrir los requerimientos legales y corporativos.- Asegura la integridad de la base de datos del proceso de capacitación para cumplir con los requisitos aplicables legales o por auditorias en general.- Supervisión del equipo de entrenamiento, administración del recurso humano, para asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas.- Registrar, controlar y hacer entrega de documentación oficial ante la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social.- Atención a inspecciones por parte de la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social.- Atención a auditorías internas y externas por sistemas de calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, y agencias certificadoras de producto.- Mantener, actualizar y/o crear la documentación, procedimientos, manuales y programas que sean parte del proceso de capacitación.- Participar en el programa de auditorías internas.
