Bilingual billing specialists wantedOur Monterrey Office keeps on growing We started less than 3 years ago with 4 people in Monterrey and now that we're north of a 100 people, we still need more like-minded individuals to roll with us**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for full-cycle billing reconciliation process- Direct interaction with our customers and vendors- Ownership of our current policies and procedures for operations billing process- Weekly and ad hoc reporting request by management- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement- Other duties and special projects as assigned**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in finance accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or financial analysis- Proven experience in Accounts Receivables- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software/systems- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- SaaS and NetSuite experience, trucking/transportation background, and an understanding of Accounting Principles preferredCompensation: $27,500 MXNInsuranceChristmas Bonus of up to 4 weeksLegal Benefits**Being bilingual is a must, a non-negociable required skill.
