At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Currently we are looking for our next: A&M Invoice Payments Analyst**Which is the main objective of this role?**This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company Control organization by processing payments for the A&M invoices across PBNA.**What will you be doing?**- Functional Responsibilities includes the following:- Partner with marketing and finance to process purchase orders and submission of invoices- Obtaining budget approval & setting up SAP IM projects- Process A&M invoices in accordance with the company policy- Process payments for over 100 sponsorship contracts across PBC- Support marketing initiativesQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- +3 years of experience in Accounting- Bachelor’s in Accounting- Experience with SAP- Requires attention to detail- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel- Good time management skills**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
