Here is your opportunity to combine your passions for entertainment, media, and technology to transform our company and your career.As a **Bilingual Global Payments Specialist**, you will be responsible to:To support the AT&T Customer Payment Experience- Provide end-to-end resolution of customer payment postings or payment/refund inquiry requests which may include working with the customer or certain government agencies- Allocate payments, investigate, and resolve complex payment inquires utilizing strong analytical skills- Investigate, resolve, and process refund requests- Work with certain international 3rd party government agencies, banks, or processes to perform job duties- Perform quality control audits to ensure that all appropriate methods and procedures/controls are being followed- Navigate various financial, billing, and associated systems/tools during payment postings or case inquiry handling- Identify and implement process improvements- Collaborate (lead) project teams with internal and external business partners to implement initiatives or resolve payment related issues- Create/utilize various reporting to assist with performing job duties, data analysis and special projects- Work will consist of case work and other activities.- Associate degree in related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.- Advanced English Level (written and oral)- Minimum of 6 months Payment Investigation experience preferred.- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.- Excellent interpersonal, time management, communication, organizational and analytical skills.- Demonstrated decision-making ability- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and confidentiality
