The recruiter is responsible for the sourcing end to end process of the high complexity positions within the team
Exceptional communication interpersonal and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge of productivity software database management and internet search methods
Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR and ATS
**Responsibilities**
- Under guidance of Sr Recruiter/Lead regularly communicates with Hiring Managers on status updates challenges & market trends
- Serves the current open requirements and provides regular updates to the BU on the progress.
- Manages difficult situations with Hiring Managers with assistance from Sr Recruiters/Leads.
- Provide support as appropriate related to recruiting content for RFPs.
- Continuously develop and maintain a fit for purpose talent pool.
- Breaks hiring plan to milestones/events to achieve the targets
- Judiciously uses channels / techniques to optimize cost.
- Escalates issues timely.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Demonstrates in depth knowledge of employment regulations and articulates/extends offers accordingly.
- Generate and Maintain reports on No of Offers & Prospective Joiners Month on Month.
- Works closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
