Position Overview:
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of land transactions while implementing revenue-driven operational efficiencies. This role ensures smooth transactions, maximizes revenue opportunities, and optimizes internal processes related to marketing, sales, and deal flow. You will also be responsible for managing key operational functions, including CRM oversight, lead pipeline management, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Deal Flow Optimization:

  • Oversee and refine the transaction pipeline to accelerate closing timelines and maximize revenue.
  • Manage key sales enablement functions, including buyer list segmentation, deal marketing, and broker/seller outreach.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the transaction process and implement solutions to improve efficiency and cash flow.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure high-converting buyer and seller communication.

Transaction Coordination & Compliance:

  • Manage all aspects of land transactions from contract to closing, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, surveyors, and contractors to keep deals on track.
  • Review and interpret municipal and title documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Proactively resolve transaction-related challenges, ensuring all deals meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Technology & Process Management:

  • Manage and refine CRM workflows to track key metrics such as deal velocity, revenue per transaction, and pipeline health.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, transaction coordination, sales operations, or project management within real estate or land acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of revenue-driving processes, including CRM management, deal tracking, and lead nurturing.
  • Ability to optimize sales funnels, improve deal flow efficiency, and implement process automation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in transaction management and document review.
  • Strong proficiency in NOTION and CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally engage sellers, buyers, and vendors.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Need to be able to call counties, stakeholders.
