Come be a part of this journey****BAT MEXICO** **IS LOOKING FOR A TAX COORDINATOR****SENIORITY LEVEL: Managerial****FUNCTION**: Finances**LOCATION**:Monterrey**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**This role is part of Finance - Corporate Tax.The role is responsible for ensure accurate tax compliance and projects execution on Mexicos tax obligations**Reports to**:Tax Manager**Reporting Level**:Managerial**Geographic Scope**:México**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Coordinate and follow-up Tax Projects with IT and other business partners.- Coordinate and follow up the tax matters granted by the tax authorities.- Transfer Pricing Reports.- Deferred and Current Tax Reporting.- Cash Flow Tax Process.- Computation and submission to the advance monthly tax payments (VAT, Income Tax, Withholdings) and annual tax returns, including capturing and analyzing data.- Responsibility for the preparation and filling on the Corporate Income, Excise, Withholdings and VAT tax returns.- Preparation of working papers to submission the statutory tax report and work with the external tax auditors.- Assist with letter communications with tax authorities in connection with audits, refunds and all tax requirements.- Elaborate and reconciles taxes and makes adjustment to the general ledger accounting.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- ¿Are you an expert on Tax matters?- ¿Would you like to develop and potentiate your career in a dynamic and challenging environment?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Experience working in FMCGS.- Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.- Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required.- (Please put the most critical information and reflect it in the first 4 points).- Minimum 3 -4 years’ experience in Finance.- Capable to understand and analyse impacts of business decisions on financial results.- Have strong analytical and numerical skills.- Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines.- Proactive and willing to continuous development.- Be an inspiring and engaging individual capable to influence around different areas.- Be driven and ambitious.- Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required.- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Tax/Accounting / Control.- Degree educated with relevant professional accountancy and/or tax qualification.- Effective working relationships with tax authorities.- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, PowerPoint.- Fluent English: written and speaking.
