**IT Team Leader**On**Site LATAM****About the Role**:This position is part of an international global team and will support the delivery of GSC IT On Site services to our manufacturing sites and distribution centers in different countries in Latin America Regio n and different business areas.Position as such offers plenty of opportunities to experience global teamwork environments.This role will be based in Latin America.In this position, you will lead a team based in countries in Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Chile & Colombia) and supporting different business areas.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.We're always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we'd love to talk.Take a look at Essity’s Essity - A leading global hygiene and health company | Global Corporate**What You Will Do**:- Coordinate a regional team in Latam providing IT support and deliver hardware, solutions aligned with global guidelines.- Ensure close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders within area of responsibility and build long-term relationships with them.- Collaboration with GSC IT On Site global team- Manage regional budget, Capex.- Support the portfolio prioritization process.- Contribute to find and implement effective solutions in a matrix organization.- Process and take ownership of service tickets.- Support user requests and incidents management.- Coach and mentor the team members.- Provide day-to-day feedback in the work environment.- Assist in communications that involve implementing policies that may be somewhat complex and controversial.- Respond to complex, escalated enquiries from team members and forward to relevant experts if needed. Provide root cause analysis reports where required.**Who You Are**:- 2- 3 years of experience leading people- Bachelor in computer science, business informatics (electronics or industrial engineering) or equivalent with focus in digital technology and manufacturing- E xperience with budget administration- Have the courage to lead and being a great team player- MS Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)- English spoken and written- Travel up to 30 %- Loves challenges in a complex environmentEssity-MX**What We Can Offer You**:Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
