Today, we continue to lead because we have a diverse, world-class workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the role**The **Quality Manager - New Product Development,**leads the quality strategy for new product development projects, ensuring all deliverables are met from design through launch. While execution is driven by plant teams, this role is responsible for validating progress and providing direct support when needed to close gaps and secure project success.**Requirements & Qualifications****Education**:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
