Present in 75 countries, our 21,100 employees speak 70 languages, handle over 71 million cases each year, and are motivated to go the extra mile to offer peace of mind to our customers around the world.We're looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor.**Responsibilities**:- Demonstrated ability to develop subordinates’ skills through personal interaction, servant leadership, and communication.- Monitoring, evaluation and analysis of telephone calls to identify areas of opportunity on it.- Provide timely feedback for continuous improvement.- Ensure that customer service requests are attended timely.- Consistently communicate and interact with RAs to achieve best customer service possible.- Ensure that customers are handled in a professional, courteous manner over the phone- Able to maintain and develop own and team knowledge and skills- Achieve team work quality and productivity targets and contribution to overall team KPIs.- Provide feedback and ideas to management to continuously improve performance.**Requirements**:- High School Completed (GED)- Excellent English level written and spoken.- Minimum experience of 1 year as a Team Leader in a Call Center.**Job Offer**:- Inmediately offer.- Roled Schedules: AM.- Base salary: $18,500 MXN + Law Benefits- Higher Benefits + Career Plan.- Work zone: Benito Juárez.We at Allianz believe in a diverse and inclusive workforce and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
