**Join Tatewise and help shape the future of culinary innovation.**We’re looking for a talented and motivated **Business Development Representative (BDR)** based in **Mexico (Mexico City or Cancún preferred)** to join our growing global team.As a BDR at Tatewise, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth — identifying new opportunities, reaching out to prospects, and setting qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is goal-driven, **confident in English,** and excited about building relationships with global clients.What You'll Do:- **Lead Qualification**: Understand business needs and identify whether prospects are a good fit for Tatewise.- **Client Engagement**: Build trust and long-term relationships with decision-makers.- **Collaboration**: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.- **Market Research**: Keep track of market trends and competitors to improve outreach.- **Pipeline Ownership**: Maintain organized records and hit outreach and conversion targets.What We're Looking For:- **Prior experience as a BDR / SDR** (required).- **Excellent English (native level or C1+).**:- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.- Familiarity with **CRM tools** like HubSpot or Salesforce.- Highly organized and self-motivated.- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones.- Bonus: Background or passion for the **culinary industry**.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $19,000.00 - $28,000.00 al mesPago complementario:- Bono de permanencia- Bono trimestralTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horas- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- High - level English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 77500, Villas Tropicales, QRoo.
