**We help the world run better****PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**:SAP SuccessFactors|HCM Payroll specific solution consulting to lead project implementation through preparation, exploration and design based on solution leading practices, solution configuration, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support and post go live supportSupport in analyzing technical and functional integration requirementsSupport in escalated projectsPerformance of feasibility studies / solution reviewsSupport in pre and post sales activities**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:Ability to perform payroll requirements gathering with clientUnderstand payroll processes & solution leading practices and how it affects their area of the business.Follow up on payroll solution roadmaps and trends associated with the technologyAbility to discuss value propositions for clients to rotate to the new solutionTakes responsibility as solution project team lead and supports respective line manager in people development tasksDetailed planning of process implementationDevelop and Assure quality of process modelsDemonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and toolsAct as a coach for colleagues**WORK EXPERIENCE**:Functional ExperienceMinimum 10 years work experienceMinimum four years consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors|HCM Payroll for MexicoHas experience in minimum of two full cycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors|HCM Payroll for Mexico and localizationExperience with SAP SuccessFactors payroll configuration, tax setup and payroll schemaKnowledge in Mexico´s Legal ReportsExperience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralGood understanding of industry specific business processesUnderstand the Business Process Library & Leading Practices approachManagerial ExperienceActed as a team lead in more than two projectsActed as a coach or mentor for colleaguesExperience as part of a thriving virtual team**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is a plusUniversity degree or equivalent work experienceSpanish language: nativeEnglish language: fluent**We build breakthroughs together****We win with inclusion**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
