Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.7. Support the onboarding process of new team members, including setting up accounts, providing necessary information, and conducting virtual orientation sessions.8. Maintain and update databases, including contact lists, client information, and vendor details.9. Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support related to remote work tools and platforms.10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance office efficiency and productivity.**Requirements**:1. Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.2.
