This role offers theopportunity to directly contribute to the success of a cutting-edge company and gain valuableexperience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.**Position Title: Project Manager Onboarding Lead****Job Purpose**:Sanmina is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager Onboarding Lead tojoin our team. This critical role ensures the smooth and efficient onboarding of new programssupporting a key customer, while also managing various projects related to processimprovement, team initiatives, and other key business objectives within this high-visibilityskills, excellent communication abilities, a passion for creating a positive onboardingexperience, and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team. This role offers theopportunity to work directly with a major client and gain exposure to advancedmanufacturing processes. While initially focused on program and customer onboarding andrelated projects, this role has the potential to expand into broader project managementresponsibilities within the key customer business unit, offering significant growth potential.This role requires frequent interaction between internal operations, sales, and the customerregularly, often engaging multiple customers and Sanmina teams and divisions/plants.**Responsibilities**:Manage all logístical aspects of program/customer onboarding, including documentation,system access (potentially customer-specific systems), communication plans, and coordinationwith multiple internal teams and divisions/plants.Proactively identify and address potential onboarding challenges, ensuring a positive andefficient experience for new programs and customers.Partner closely with sales, operations, and other internal teams across multiple Sanminadivisions/plants to ensure a seamless and collaborative onboarding process, acting as a centralpoint of contact for new programs and customers.Track and report on key onboarding metrics, such as time-to-implementation, customersatisfaction (using surveys and feedback mechanisms), and program performance.Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and resources, ensuring theyare up-to-date and easily accessible.- Lead and manage projects related to onboarding process improvements, team initiatives, andother assigned projects within the key customer program, utilizing established projectmanagement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering the specific requirementsand constraints.Proactively monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues asneeded.Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, building consensus and ensuring alignment.Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage resources, andensure project success.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the onboarding program andother related areas, leveraging data analysis and feedback from stakeholders.Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, andimprove the overall onboarding experience.Document and maintain updated process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency.Proactively share information and updates with relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparencyand alignment.**Experience/Requirements**:Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Atechnical background in product design or a related field is highly advantageous.4-6 years of experience in project management and/or customer/program onboarding,preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment. Experience working withor supporting key accounts, particularly in the automotive or technology sectors, is asignificant advantage. Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and locations isessential.PMP certification is a plus.Demonstrable expertise in project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile,Waterfall).Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results on time and withinbudget, especially those involving multiple teams and locations.Deep understanding of customer/program onboarding best practices and a passion for creatinga positive experience.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to buildrapport and influence stakeholders at all levels, including customer representatives andinternal teams across different divis
