Accounts Payable Specialist I

As a Account Payable Specialist you will assist to both internal and supplier contacts for documents into the account payable. You will perform daily analysis, reporting and discrepancy following activities to ensure timing payments.**Main Responsibilities**- Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors- Analyze workflow processes- Establish and maintain relationships with our vendors- Ensure bills and payroll are paid while following departmental proceduresProcess due invoices for paymentsCompare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other chargesProcess transactions and performing accounting responsibilities such as recording entries.**Qualifications**- English level - advanced since our client is in USA and Canada.Experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist and bachelor’s degree in accounting is requiredExperience with basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principlesKnowledge of relevant accounting software- Associate’s degree in finance, Business or a related field.Benefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance and more.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD**Through leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.The PPG Way: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
