Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Juarez North, Mexico. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager the Customer Service Representative role involvesResponsible for communicating with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries.

What a typical day looks like:- Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure the one-call solution.- Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources, or challenging customers.- Interpret customer needs, and organize symptoms, causes, and solutions.- Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed. The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Experience in a similar position.- Internal and external customer service attitude.- Fluent in English.- Experience with Shipping Coordination and administration of purchase orders.- Microsoft Office management.
