Productivity & Business Continuity Senior Manager

Today, we have hundreds of brands that continue to growYou will be part of this growth leading the identification, analysis and delivery of the productivity and BCP (Business Continuity) agenda, ensuring we have a robust pipeline for the 3+ years that will allow us to meet our targets.**What You’ll Do for Us**- Defining a robust BCP (Business Continuity) plan for our critical raw materials, working very closely with CPS (Commercial Product Supply), GtC, Category teams.- Ensures Risk Assessment plan in order not to have shortage in key/primary materials. Implements formula changes.- Works in close collaboration with local OU Category teams, SRA(Regulatory Affairs), TCR (Technical Consumer Research), CPS (Commercial Product Supply), as well as global teams, global productivity teams and very closely with the bottling system- Manages a group of product developers- Identifies and owns the Latam Product Productivity pipeline for the 3+ years, from idea identification to formula development and implementation.- Works closely with many areas in and out of the system to identify saving opportunities in current formulations, processes, ways of doing.
