Empresa Transnacional de Manufactura (Victory Packaging) solicita:**Customer Service Representative** (Bilingüe) Escolaridad mínima: Licenciatura terminada (Titulado) o en tramite de titulaciónExperiência mínima de 1 año en **atención a clientes** bilingüe, como CSR en empresas de logística o manufactura.**Actividades**:- Recibir, consultar y procesar pedidos de clientes, órdenes de compra- Capturar Ordenes de compra en sistema- Servicio a clientes internacionales (en inglés), brindar estatus de sus pedidos- Atención a requerimiento de clientes, seguimiento a logística de envíos y entregas de mercancía, Seguimiento de embarques hasta llegada a destino.- Proporciona información sobre precios, disponibilidad y programación dentro de las pautas por vía telefónica a clientes (en inglés)- Enlace de comunicación entre los clientes y el área de logística o almacén.- Manejo de algún ERP como SAP o alguno similar- Indispensable manejo de **Excel Avanzado** (tablas pivote, belukup, gráficas dinámicas, filtros, fórmulas)- **Ingles intermedio - Avanzado** (escrito, leído y hablado)- Monitoreo de embarques y brindar estatus al cliente hasta su llegada a destino.- Trabajo de Lunes a Viernes de 8 am - 6 pm con disponibilidad de horario.- **Sueldo**: $23,500 mensuales brutos + Prestaciones Superiores la ley- Plan de crecimiento en la empresa.- **Zona de Trabajo**: Parque Industrial Finsa III, Santa Rosa Jauregui, Querétaro.(frente a Boulevard Montenegro y la empresa Bticino de México)
