As the **SS Process Owner - Supply Chain Finance**, you’ll provide crucial financial support to our Supply Chain Finance team, helping shape the future of both our company and your career. You’ll be part of a dynamic team where your ideas and efforts will drive results. Bring your passion for learning and excellence, and let’s grow together**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Lead a team to support the Supply Chain Finance team at WK.- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Finance team to post journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications.- Perform monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.- Handle ad-hoc financial requests and provide proactive solutions to improve processes.- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and standardize processes.- Act as an owner, taking initiative to enhance procedures and meet leadership needs.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- 2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably with SAP experience.- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field (preferred).- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Working knowledge of financial models and the ability to simplify complex ideas for various audiences.- A passion for learning and growing, with a strong business acumen.- Experience managing people and driving team success.**ABOUT WK KELLOGG CO**WK Kellogg Co is proud to offer industry competitive benefits (Physical, Financial, Emotional, and Social) that vary depending on region and type of role.
