In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Global Quality Manager, you as a Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the Quality systems are established, executed, according to international standards: TS 16949, ISO 9000. Prepare a report on the performance of the quality system.About the job:- Responsibility for planning, controlling, and maintaining the direction in the Quality area: budget, quality strategy and operating system.- General supervision of the Quality Department in the Molding area.- Responsibility in the development of new products and processes.- Participation and leadership in design teams and improvement of existing products.- Ensure the quality of the molded parts through the SPC, DOE, APQP processes.- Ensure Calibration and Quality control capability.- Ensure the Quality packaging of the material, while the certification is put into practice, monitored, and supervised by the inspection process.- Create processes and temporary products deviations to eliminate defects and original causes of instability.- Carry out the Quality process.- Maintain records according to Quality standards.- Develop and Execute programs for Associates within the company.- Achieve the financial plan (budget/capital) for the Quality department.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About you:- Knowledge of Quality management systems TS 16949, ISO 9000.- 7 years of experience, 3 years at Management level.- Knowledge of Core Tools.- English.- Leadership and facility to provide coaching to his work team.- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques.- Experience in managing human capital and materials.- Budget administration.- Initiative-creativity.- Teamwork.- Experience whit administration whit the final costumer.- Capacity for analysis and decision making.- Ability to lead, plan and manage change.- Work with a high degree of independence.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
