ITSMO is responsible for the complete life cycle management (architecting, building, maintaining and operating) of the internal solutions and business systems landscapes, balancing innovation, stable and secure operations. With our highly motivated international teams, we drive and execute all required activities based on an end-to-end approach and facilitate all functions like design, production, and service of those landscapes.The implementation of latest technologies like S/4HANA and SAP´s Cloud products like BTP, is the foundation of SAP´s digital transformation. We closely work together with the development teams and the different line of business at SAP on a variety of Co-Innovation projects and act as SAP´s first customer in support of the SAP Runs SAP initiative.Do you want to be part of ITSMO?You are the right person to join and strengthen our global team. We are looking for an SAP Solution Owner Expert with outstanding cybersecurity and project management skills as well as a good understanding on SAP Solutions operated on Private and Public Cloud Architectures. You, as Solution Owner, will be responsible for the establishment and operation of processes, procedures and controls to ensure end to end secure operations of SAP internal solutions/ System landscapes as well as the integration with SaaS internal and external solutions during the whole service lifecycle. In close collaboration with our stakeholder teams (interface between the LoBs, the Application, the security and the infrastructure units) you will work as Security Operations Officer, and you will be involved in securing operations for SAP’s newest technologies.**What you’ll do**:- Accountable to ensure ITSMO complies with all SAP Security Policies and Procedures and strategic security initiatives are implemented consistently across SMO and IT Operations.- Accountability to define and implement procedures to verify the security and compliance status of IE Operations in a highly automated landscape and reporting.- Accountable to manage the life cycle of risks within ITSMO.- Assess risks and coordinates the tracking of risk remediation and acceptance.- Responsible to manage and coordinate all incident activities and drive the incident towards closure and triggering follow up activities in the Problem Management.- Accountable to manage an efficient and effective collaboration and communication with ITOps security stakeholders, BISO and SAP Global Security.- Accountable to ensure security compliance to all SAP security policies and procedures as defined by SGS and NIST CSF.- Coordinate and oversee execution on IT Security requirements within a L2/L3 unit on a global base in close collaboration with central IT security team.- Supports security programs, projects and initiative's execution.- Executes Security related activities in support of Audit, Configuration Compliance, Enterprise Vulnerability Management and Security Patch Management.- Define and track OKRs and KPI fulfillment.- Internal and External audit support (NIST CSF, ISO, KRITIS).- Good understanding on operations of SAP Systems (NW, Non-NW (BTP), ABAP and JAVA stacks, Cloud and on-premise).- Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking.- Very good communication and networking skills.- Collaborate with all required stakeholders inside and outside of IT Services (e.g. LoB customers, IT Operations, Application Services, IT Technology Services, Multi-Cloud CoEs, Cloud Infrastructure Services, SAP Global Security) to operate SAP´s system landscapes.- Contribute/lead/consult internal projects and internal customers.- Knowledge and experience on the agile framework SAFe and/or Agile methodologies.- Knowledge on ITIL framework.- Able to setup and manage small and mid-size projects.- Able to lead small and mid-size teams.**What you’ll bring**:- Professional education or study in Information Technology, Natural Science or equivalent.- Strong consultant and operational background on- Cybersecurity and related frameworks.- IaaS, SaaS, PaaS solutions like MS Azure, BTP, HCP- Project management skills in
