This role will be In charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.What a typical day looks like:- Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order.- Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group.- Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations- Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast).- Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO's.- Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing.- Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences.- Preparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI's.- Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT.- Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.- Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.- Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.- May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.- Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.- Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.- Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions.- Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.- May also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.- Demonstrates basic people and/or process management skills.- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree, preference in Engineering and equivalent experience.- English (Mid-level)- Microsoft Office experience (Excel)What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceHS115Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
