Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.**You Are**:**The Opportunity**:- Write effective, scalable code in.NET Core framework with Azure platform- Enforce the use of coding standards and best practices as SOLID Principles and design patterns- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance- Test and debug programs- Review and validate operation-effective development approaches- Implement security and data protection solutions- Assess and prioritize feature requests- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions- Code, debug, test, and document; and communicate product/component/feature development stages.- Develop optimized code, with appropriate approaches and algorithms, following standards and security guidelines independently- Effectively interact with customers and articulate their input- Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models- Mentor Developer I - Software Engineering to become more effective in their role- Learn technology, business domain, and system domain as recommended by the project/account- Set FAST goals and provide feedback to the FAST goals of mentees**What you need**:- Work experience in.NET Development for at least +7 years- Work experience in Azure Platform (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Azure AD B2C, Azure Enterprise Service Bus (message queue arch), API Gateway)- Knowledge experience with.NET Core- Knowledge/experience developing REST API- Knowledge/experience with front-end technologies (like HTML, CSS, Angular, JavaScript, BootStrap, and TypeScript)- Familiarity with Authentication Concepts- Knowledge/Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)- Good problem-solving skills- Knowledge/experience in agile methodologies like SCRUM and SAFe is a big plus- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field**What we believe**:We’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
