**Reports to**: COO**Job Type**: Full-Time**Position**: Inside Sales & Marketing Manager**Overview**:We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our contact center and inside sales team while managing key marketing partnerships. You’ll focus on boosting sales performance, optimizing customer engagement, and aligning marketing efforts with sales goals.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and coach the inside sales and contact center teams to exceed targets.- Monitor call center metrics (call volume, conversions, hold times).- Develop sales scripts, workflows, and training programs.- Ensure timely lead follow-up and smooth customer experience.- Manage relationships with marketing partners; analyze ROI and lead quality.- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and co-branded initiatives.**Qualifications**:- 5+ years in inside sales or contact center management.- 2+ years working with marketing teams or partnerships.- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and call center tech.**Preferred**:- Background in tech, legal, SaaS, or telecom industries.- Experience managing multiple vendors and marketing metrics (CPL, CTR).**Success Metrics**:- Improved sales KPIs and team revenue goals.- High-quality marketing leads with strong ROI.- Enhanced sales-marketing collaboration.**Benefits**:- 401(k) + matching- Health, dental, vision insurance- Paid time off- Monthly bonuses**To Expedite Your Application, Please Have These Documents Ready**:- RFC (2025)- CURP- Valid ID- Proof of address- IMSS number (NSS)Pay: From $20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you available to start working full-time?- ¿Hablas inglés?Work Location: In person
