The Opportunity Nearshore Cyber has been retained to identify a Founding COO for a high-growth technology venture operating in stealth mode. This company is building a platform to solve the "Trust Gap" in the global cybersecurity labor market. By leveraging a new standard for verified skills, they aim to unlock liquidity between global talent and US employers. Why This Role is Different Unlike most early-stage startups that struggle to find their first users, this venture is launching with a "warm" ecosystem. Through strategic partnerships, they have immediate access to a talent pool of nearly 30,000 active candidates and a built-in sales channel to US enterprises. The Role You will join as Co-Founder & COO , working alongside the CEO (Vision/Sales) and CPO (Product/Growth) to build the company’s operational backbone. Key Responsibilities Operational Architecture: Design the workflows for high-volume skill verification. How do we validate 10,000 users efficiently and securely? Integrity & Standards: Oversee the implementation of rigorous assessment protocols (aiming for ISO-17024 compliance) to prevent fraud and ensure data defensibility. Business Operations: Manage the legal, financial, and administrative complexities of a cross-border business entity (US/LATAM/APAC). Ideal Candidate Profile Non-Cyber Background: We specifically want an outsider’s perspective on standardization and operations. EdTech / Assessment Experience: You have operated in environments where "testing" or "credentialing" was the product. You understand the logistics of proctoring, psychometrics, and verifiable credentials. Compliance Rigor: You are comfortable in high-stakes environments where "truth" is the product (Audit, Compliance, Legal Ops). Founder Mentality: You are ready to build from 0 to 1, wearing multiple hats and owning the P&L. Confidentiality Notice This is a stealth project.
