About Antai Ventures

Antai is looking for a CEO for a new ecommerce holding company, based in Mexico City.

What you'll do:

  • Build a consumer brands portfolio from scratch, based on data points generated by AB tasting methodologies using AI tools.

  • Develop high quality business strategies and plans together with the Board of Directors, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

  • Build, lead and motivate a strong team

  • Define and execute the marketing and product strategy to achieve the business plan of the company

  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

  • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders

  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience (+8 years) in CPG firms, marketplaces or digital B2C companies.

  • Strong consumer marketing and product knowledge

  • 360 approach to brand building and strategy

  • Strong analytics & operational skills with the ability to track and analyze marketing campaigns, operational improvements and other initiatives to show a demonstrable ROI

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills

  • Passion for consumer businesses and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Last but not least: a sense of humor, a positive "can-do" attitude, and fun to work with
