Performance Test Engineer

**Job Title**: Performance Test Engineer JMeter**Location**: Remote (Mexico)**Duration**: 6+ Months**Job Overview****Key Responsibilities**- Design and implement effective performance testing strategies using Apache JMeter.- Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing to validate system behavior.- Analyze results to identify bottlenecks, constraints, and opportunities for optimization.- Collaborate with **development, QA, and DevOps teams** to resolve performance issues.- Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.- Continuously improve performance testing frameworks, processes, and best practices.**Required Skills & Qualifications**- 7+ years of experience in **performance testing**.- Strong hands-on expertise with **Apache JMeter** (scripting & execution).- Solid understanding of **performance testing types** (load, stress, endurance, scalability).- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and identifying root causes.- Experience with performance monitoring tools (Grafana, New Relic, Dynatrace, InfluxDB).- Strong documentation and communication skills.**Nice to Have**- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).- Exposure to **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Scripting knowledge in **Shell, Python, or Groovy**.
