We are building a new type of digital financial ecosystem which includes a wallet (TruBit), a cryptocurrency exchange (TruBit Pro) and a stablecoin (Moneta Digital).With subsidiaries in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia, TruBit is committed to delivering more convenient, secure, and comprehensive crypto services for all Latin American users.Visit our website for more information TruBit Moneta Digital**The Role****Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute engagement strategies: create comprehensive engagement strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and target audience. Identify key user activation and retention metrics to track and measure the success of engagement initiatives.- Implement A/B testing: conduct A/B tests on different engagement initiatives to optimize performance and drive improvements. Analyze the results and iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights.- Monitor and analyze user data: regularly analyze user data, including behavior patterns, engagement metrics, and retention rates, to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjust engagement strategies accordingly.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to align engagement efforts with product launches, feature updates, and marketing campaigns. Provide input and recommendations to enhance the user experience and maximize engagement opportunities.- Develop and manage events: plan and execute user events, both online and offline, to foster community engagement and drive user activation and retention. Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.- Stay updated on industry trends: keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to user engagement. Proactively identify innovative approaches to enhance user activation and retention.**Requisitos**:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, User Activation Manager, or similar role, preferably in crypto / FinTech industry.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different user segments.- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing user data and deriving actionable insights.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.- The Company is an equal opportunity employer.
