En sitio****Resource Description**- AMS Support Lead for the US- Knowledge of Escalation Process for Incident Management and Problem Management.- Knowledge of Help-desk escalation and case management processes.- Knowledge of Business Processes critical to AMS.**Requirements**:- 7+years in IT Support Role- 4+years in AMS related role- Bachelor Degree preferred**Responsibilities**:- Projects Manage - Identify, prioritize, and manage local and global AMS initiatives based on business priorities and requirements. Ensure proper M2S processes are followed, and that post-project support is adequate.- Regional Feedback Collection - Meet regularly with regional business leaders to capture key feedback and concerns. Meet with Regional P&IT Project Team to coordinate support.- Provide AMS Support Quality Assurance- Meet regularly with AMS support leaders to discuss KPIs, SLAs, and other metrics to ensure high performance of support teams. Identify and eliminate AMS Support gaps centered on Backlog, Capacity, Problem, and Major Incident Management processes.- Application Standards and Support Team deliverables - Coordinate closely with Application Standards and Support Team to prioritize Regional Requests and Enhancements using the Global Demand Management Process.
