As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for creating design solutions for myriad creative content such as client collateral, digital ads, websites/microsites, catalogs, flyers, and social media posts/ads with a high visual impact + engage users.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborating with clients, teammates, contractors, and vendors.- Providing constructive feedback to peers.- Managing + meeting multiple deadlines, clients, and projects simultaneously.- Constantly improving yourself and the team.- For headcount deployment to new/existing accounts as needed.- Eagerness + willingness to work on special projects outside of your core competency to develop + expand your repertoire of skills- Ensure all expertise levels are progressive, up to date, and adequate to handle all tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.- Manage, deliver effective upskill training, coaching, and develop team members.- Analyze, validate and recommend work estimates and benchmarks for Service Level Agreements.- Constantly work with data-driven units to review and update performance metrics, generate periodic reports and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and accuracy.- Address technical and role-specific escalations.**Minimum Qualifications**:- 4+ year degree at an accredited university or liberal arts college.- 3-5+ Years of professional design experience.- At least 2 years of experience in a management, supervisory, or training capacity.- Extensive experience with digital technology and editing platform (e.g. Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, Avid Media Composer, etc.).- Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as graphic design, illustration, layout, After Effects, Premiere, Flash, or HTML5 skill is a great plus.- Familiar in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.Ability to commute/relocate:- Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
