Are you brave enough to start your next career journey?Bring your unique perspectives and expertise:- The Employee Relations Senior Consultant is passionate about handling and coordinating the labor related topics for Temporary workforce, as well to supervise and lead compliance with policies and procedures that strengthen the Organizational Culture and promote a healthy relationship between the Company and the workers.What your day will look like:- Handle and being the point of contact about Employee relations.- Effective collaboration with partners and other areas.- Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as engagement, absenteeism and turnover.Collaborate to assure an adequate onboarding, data management and full cycle of employment.- Support to the different areas on issues related to workforce.- Analyze and improve Key Performance Indicators with direct impact to the operations.- Coach and give punctual attention to the work needs of the staff.- Assure the deliverables and efficiency of HR processes.- Relationship with other areas for effective collaboration, as well with the workers council and other institutions.- Participation in improvement projects for process optimization.Are you up for the challenge?- Experience: 3-5 years as HR people leader, in direct contact with Union and the company's management team.- Skills: Leadership, Influence, Conflict Management, Continuous Improvement, Excel Intermediate, use of HRM platform,- Knowledge: Advanced English (able to hold conversations), Federal Labor Law.Join the global LEGO® teamWhat’s in it for you?
