Analyst, EC Data Quality Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team. The analyst will serve as a primary contributor to the employee off‑boarding process, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient handling of data throughout the off‑boarding workflow. Responsibilities Manage and maintain high‑quality data related to employee off‑boarding processes. Coordinate and execute employee off‑boarding processes with a focus on severance‑related activities. Support extensive data collection and comprehensive reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of critical information. Provide accurate and timely daily reporting to support off‑boarding processes, ensuring efficient and effective distribution. Collect employee updates from HR and process as needed within Access database. Collaborate with service area teams, including WFA, Payroll, Compensation, Contracts Administration, and Benefits Administration, to ensure seamless data flow and compliance with internal standards. Partner with key clients across HR and Legal, and other corporate functions. Generate and distribute key documentation to HR, Legal, and employees. Generate, audit, and distribute key reports for payment processing, employee status updates, and special benefits handling. Conduct thorough audits of severance data, documentation, and reporting. Audit payroll payments. Send and track documents for electronic signature. Provide on‑call process support to HR and Legal personnel on all matters related to employee off‑boarding. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure accuracy of reporting and invoicing. Process vendor invoicing payments. Respond to ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets within appropriate Service Level Agreements set forth. Assist in maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date process guides for the severance team. Focus on ongoing process improvements. Perform other related duties and projects assigned. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of Human Resources administrative or related experience, preferably in a global environment. High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field. Full professional fluency in English (both verbal and written). Experience with Workday, Access database, HR, and payroll systems. Strong skills with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong relationship management skills; experienced in building and maintaining effective collaborations. Skilled in process improvements and problem solving; able to own work projects and manage high‑volume ad‑hoc activities. Excellent planning, time‑management, prioritization, and follow‑up skills; strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
