DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.Team Overview:Explore new projects and strategy to continuously increase platform conversion rate and order volume.Establish a bridge between operations and product/algorithm team to develop good consumption flow, fix possible problems and ensure best user experience**.**Role Responsibilities:You'll be responsible to analysis how to offer different restaurant to platform users base on different user types and consumption scenarios. Translate finding to product and algorithm strategy.Also, you'll define the quality restaurants and analysis who are their potential target users. Find some ways to help them get those relevant traffic and growth their business.Role Qualifications:- 4+ years of operations or data analytical experience.- Strong analytical skills and an ability to make solid business decisions and evaluate performance based on data.- Advanced SQL plus any other analytical tool.- Strong sense of responsibility, executive ability, self-driven and quick learning ability.- Strong communication skills, practical, patient and meticulous.- Strong ability in project management, process optimization and other operational management.- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
