Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Flex Guadalajara North site. This role involves working in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers What a typical day looks like Previous experience working on manufacturing company. Strong experience in NPI projects. Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities. In charge of customer’s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. Maintain current and develop additional business with customers. Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met. Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers. Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise. Liaise with business development managers, global account managers, and senior management for pricing approval. Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables. Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc. Provide advice to Project/Product Managers to achieve financial goals in accordance with established policies (Price reviews, Quote vs Actuals, Profit Improvement Plan, etc). Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and professionals. The experience we’re looking to add to our team BA/BS degree. PMI certification is preferred. Advanced English level is required. Strong experience in NPI projects. Experience in material demand management. previous experience in program management and finance. Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site. P&L responsibility for the function.
