**We are pleased to announce the vacancy of Recruit Coordinator in Mexico city, Mexico.****Responsibilities**:- Able to Recruit Egg Donors and Surrogate Mothers- Have Face to face meetings with surrogate mothers and egg donors since it helps to gather important information, introduce our programs and address.- Close working relationship with Donors, Surrogate mothers, Doctors, Team Members- Fill in Egg Donor/ Surrogate Mother Applications- Fill in and upload Egg Donor/ Surrogate Mother profiles in Egg Donor database and Intranet System- Coordinate Egg Donor / Surrogate Mother Medical Preparation Process- Deal with Egg Donor / Surrogate Mother travel arrangements, tickets, booking, visas- Act as a chaperon, when program is carried out outside Colombia- Review and update Egg Donor database twice a month- Collect Egg Donor and Intended Parent testimonials after program completion- The ED / SM Database Coordinator has to make sure enough number of ED / SMs to be available in the database for farther assignment to the programs. She is obliged to renew the database on a monthly basis.- To work extra hours if necessary. Not to request holiday leave during the program.- Any other responsibilities assigned by Management team**Experience, Education and Skills**:- Native (or fluent) in Spanish- Fluent in English- High education in sales, marketing, management or related field- Minimum of 3 years working experience in sales, coordination, marketing or management- Highly Empathetic and enthusiastic- Able to deal with stress and challenges- Exceptional team building skills- Accurate and able to meet deadlines- High sense of responsibility- Able to travel abroad**Job is based in Mexico city, Mexico****Salary Range: 700** **equivalent to Mexican Pesos + Bonuses****Salary**: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
