The client is a full-service, non-traditional law firm in the USA. Our client's firm has grown rapidly but remains committed to its driving principles of inclusiveness, generosity, diversity, and excellence.What You’ll Do:We are looking to hire a Campaigns Specialist who will oversee their marketing & advertising efforts of assigned US based law firms mainly on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for creating the different campaigns, while working hand-in-hand with the creative team to develop successful campaigns. Create mainly reporting and optimize campaigns as needed.Some of the tasks include:- Create & Facebook Campaigns and analyze the results on a daily basis- Create Monthly reports to our clients.- Identify new areas of opportunity for new markets, campaigns, or audiences.- Work closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create effective and efficient campaigns focused on growing client’s conversions.- Review our Facebook & Google campaigns and make recommendations on what to change and optimize.Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or open to other profiles- 2 years of experience doing digital marketing (desirable)- Excellent communication and decision-making skills- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.- Experience with Facebook &/OR Google Campaigns/Ads. (both desirable)- Comfortable working with CRM software, preferably experience using one in the past. (not mandatory but ideal)- Automation flows knowledge (preferably)- Data-driven person with performance analysis- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is absolutely required.- Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.- Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills in Zoho, key sales and training concepts.- Great team player that lacks excessive ego or concerns about status. You are quick to point out the contributions of others and slow to seek attention of your own. You share credit, emphasize team over self, and define success collectively rather than individually.- Smart - In this context we’re not referring to intelligence, but rather people smarts. “It has everything to do with the ability to be interpersonally appropriate and aware. Smart people tend to know what is happening in a group situation and how to deal with others in the most effective way.
