In this role, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets.**This position reports to**:Production Supervisor**Your responsibilities**:- Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.- Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.- Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.- Guiding, motivating and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related.- Demonstrated experience working on a production line.- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.- Experience with 5S methodology.- 2 years of experience in similar positions.- Intermediate English level required.**More about us**:
