**Location**: Remote**Contract Type**: Full-time / Contractor**Reports to**: Marketing Technology Director**Join Tekton Labs**We are looking for a **Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud Senior Developer** to **design, implement, and optimize** marketing automation solutions leveraging **Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud**. This role requires **deep expertise** in **Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SQL, and Data Cloud integration** to enable highly personalized, data-driven customer experiences.**Key Responsibilities****Marketing Cloud Development & Implementation**- Create and manage **Data Extensions**, ensuring proper data structuring for **segmentation and personalization**.- Develop and maintain **custom APIs** to integrate **Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external platforms**.**Salesforce Data Cloud Integration**- Configure and optimize **Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly CDP)** for **real-time customer segmentation and activation**.- Implement **data ingestion pipelines** and ensure seamless integration between **Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external data sources**.- Leverage **Data Cloud for predictive analytics, audience segmentation, and personalized marketing strategies**.**Automation & Optimization**- Build and optimize **SQL queries within Automation Studio** for **segmentation, data manipulation, and ETL processes**.- Develop **custom scripts and integrations** for enhanced **Marketing Cloud functionality**.- Monitor **campaign performance, deliverability, and engagement metrics**, providing **insights and recommendations for optimization**.**Security, Compliance & Best Practices**- Ensure compliance with **GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM**, and **other data protection regulations**.- Implement **security best practices** for data management and **customer identity resolution**.- Collaborate with **marketing, IT, and data teams** to ensure **best practices in campaign execution and customer data usage**.**Required Qualifications & Experience**- Strong expertise in **SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations (REST/SOAP)**.- Experience with **Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)** and its integration with **Marketing Cloud and external data sources**.- Familiarity with **Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and Audience Segmentation in SFMC**.- Proficiency in **Marketing Cloud APIs, Data Cloud connectors, and ETL processes**.- Understanding of **customer lifecycle marketing, personalization, and campaign analytics**.- Experience with **CDP platforms, data enrichment, and predictive analytics**.**Preferred Qualifications**- **Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant Certification** is a plus.- Experience with **Google Cloud, AWS, Snowflake**, or other **big data platforms** for customer data management.- Familiarity with **Einstein AI, Tableau, or Datorama** for marketing analytics and insights.**Soft Skills**- ✔ **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**.- ✔ **Excellent communication** and ability to **translate business needs into technical solutions**.- ✔ **Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment** with cross-functional teams.- ✔ **High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently**.**Why Join Tekton Labs?**- **Work with a highly skilled team** on innovative marketing technology projects.- **Be part of a global, data-driven organization** with cutting-edge tools.- **Develop your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud**.- **Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data science teams** on strategic initiatives.- **Grow professionally in an environment focused on automation, AI, and analytics**.**Ready to take the next step?**We look forward to meeting you ✨
