ESTAMOS EN BUSCA DE TU TALENTO COMO **CUSTOMER SERVICE**ESTAMOS CONTRATANDO **PERSONAL BILINGUE** PARA TRABAJAR DE TIEMPO COMPLETO EN NUESTRAS OFICINAS.**Requisitos**:- 2 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA EN UN ENTORNO DE CALL CENTER.- BILINGÜE INGLÉS/ESPAÑOL.**ACTIVIDADES**:- TAKE INBOUND CALLS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS RELATED TO DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SITUATIONS.- TAKE PAYMENTS AND KNOW HOW TO GUIDE CUSTOMERS TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON THEIR OWN.- KNOW HOW TO READ LOAN BALANCES AND MAKE PAYMENT ADJUSTMENTS- COMMITMENT TO FIRST CALL RESOLUTION, WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY AND MAXIMUM PROFESSIONALISM.**HORARIO**:DE 8 A 6 PM (2 DIAS DE DESCANSO, DOMINGO + 1 DIA ENTRE SEMANA)**SALARIO Y BENEFICIOS**:16,500 BRUTOS MENSUALES + BONO HASTA DE 4,500 MENSUALES POR ASISTENCIA + 1,400 VALES DE DESPENSA + TODAS LAS PRESTACIONES DE LEY+2% FONDO DE AHORRO + 20 DIAS DE AGUINALDO**UBICACIÓN**:A UN LADO DE PLAZA DEL SOLTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $16,500.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 02/12/2024
