CSG is a leader in innovative customer engagement, revenue management, and payments solutions that make ordinary customer experiences extraordinary.As a flexible first organization, you can find our remote and on-site locations here.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the projectIdentify the scope and boundaries of assigned project- Work with project team members to determine project priorities, timeline, efforts, etc- Provide weekly status reports to stakeholders- Support Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standup calls, retrospectives, demos etc- Support team development by removing road-blocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work- Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contribution- Encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team- Facilitate and document scheduled project meetings and ad hoc meetings as needed- Maintain project RAID log (or some equivalent) for the project- Support team leads in development and documentation of business requirements- Facilitate client sign off on project requirements defined with approved scope statements/targets- Create and maintain the necessary documentation for each project, timelines, meeting notes, etc- Document, track, and ensure action items are worked in a timely manner- Facilitate end user testing- Work within an Agile environment, or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment; different projects require different methodologies, and the ability to manage in different styles based on project need is necessary- Coach the team on Agile methodologies**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business or computer science or information technology or related fields- 3+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum framework- 3+ years of project management experience, particularly on Technical Software project deliveries- 2+ years of experience writing requirements documents and other similar project documentation preferred- Experience in telecom or cable services domain preferred- Experience with tools like Jira, Rally or Azure DevOpsAbility to work well on a team- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
