**Job Title**:Research Analyst Mexico**Position Purpose**Research Analyst main activity is to update competition database by investigating main competitors web pages, social media and news about them. Position also guarantees that Real Estate folder information contains requiered files. She/he follow-ups reports for Research Manager and collaborates with the team revising, checking and keeping record of Research databases.**Primary Accountabilities**- Updates competition database by investigating main competitors web pages, social media and news about them. Where, when and how many stores do they open? When possible and available Analyst follows financial reports and extracts key information for Research Manager to review Market Share.- Guarantee SQL database data cleansing to provide correct information through different teams. This combines local information (sales, stores, customers etc.) and external databases.- Works together with Research Planning team to provide complete and correct information for Prequal/Pre-Approval/Approval Meetings presentations. It’s going to provide reliable data for analyses.- Supports "Analista de Investigación de Mercados" on automation tools that help Research Planning team with all analyses related to Approval Meetings.- Follow-ups Research Planning Report to track which sites have been analyzed, prequalified, preapproved and approved. Report is shared with Research Manager after each approval cycle (twice a month).- Dashboard creation to provide accurate information for different purposes: Store Performance, Hub Performance, Cannibalization and Sites Tracking. Keeping them up to date.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Actuary, Engineering, EconomicsYears of Experience: Minimum/no experience.Type of Experience: No previous experience is neededSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: Geographical Information Systems (GIS), MS Excel, SQLOther / Preferred: Analytical skills, communication skills (verbal and written), human relations skills, bilingual (English/Spanish)
