Theposition objective is to manage the conversion of the demand planning signal into theproduction plan while balancing: inventory levels, filling and component capacity, andcustomer service. Cost optimization and network capacity management (short and longterm) are key ongoing priorities. The key metrics are:(1) Customer Service Performance(2) Inventory levels(3) Utilization of factory capacity(4) Gross Margin.Person is responsible for supporting Run Strategies and Innovation delivery.The second primary responsibility of this role will be to lead the team towards excellent planning performance in the following ways:- Demonstrate leading edge capabilities in many of the following areas: technicalplanning ability and mastery of planning tools, inventory and customer servicemanagement, capacity management and run strategy- Ensure that each member of the Supply Planning team is maximizing the effectivenessof existing planning tools - SAP, Rapid Response and Run Strategy Tools- Responsible for sharing best practice planning activities across categories and regions.- Implement new planning tools through participation in cross category (or crossregion) projects (Rapid Response) (MRP SAP ECC) or by development of new tools in PowerBi, access or similar form- Responsible for skill development planning within teamPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:- Execute the SC planning process of inventory planning, production planning, and casefill management.- Responsible for the development of the planning team’s skill, knowledge andcapabilities to ensure critical KPI’s are delivered across the category- Responsible for the introduction and development of planning tools within the team- Prepare data and recommendations for FG run strategy teams. Sit as a key member ofthis team and process owner for RS process.- Key interface between plants and Go to Market Teams.- Prepare new innovations for launch.- Manage safety stock levels and report out on current stock levels.WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:- Experience in Production planning, Demand Planning, Supply planning, Customer Experience- High degree of negotiation skills- Be able to demonstrate influencing and interpersonal skills- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills- Expert knowledge in excel, power point, power BI- Excellent presentation skills (creation and delivery)- Excellent analytical skills with ability to extract, organize, analyze significant amount of data- Attention to detail and aptitude to solve complex problems- Enjoy working in a virtual and multicultural working environment- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders (people skills)- Ability to take initiative and to be proactiveNOTE
