**Responsabilidades**- Liderar la planificación, ejecución y entrega de proyectos relacionados con Ecommerce.- Aplicar metodologías de gestión de proyectos como Agile, Waterfall y Scrum según convenga.- Gestionar recursos, cronogramas, presupuestos y riesgos de proyecto.- Coordinar con stakeholders internos y externos para alinear expectativas.- Supervisar el uso de herramientas como Jira, Asana y Trello para el seguimiento del avance.- Monitorear KPIs y elaborar reportes ejecutivos.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas de gobierno de datos en el ciclo de vida del proyecto.- Promover la mejora continua mediante retrospectivas y feedback constante.**Requisitos Técnicos (Hard Skills)**- **Metodologías de Gestión de Proyectos**: Experiência práctica en Agile, Scrum y Waterfall.- **Herramientas de Gestión**: Dominio de herramientas como Jira, Asana, Trello.- **Ecommerce**: Conocimiento profundo de modelos de negocio digitales, canales de venta online y plataformas Ecommerce.- **Gobierno de Datos**: Conocimientos en gestión y protección de datos, normativas y mejores prácticas.**Competencias Clave (Soft Skills)**- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.- Capacidad de liderar reuniones, talleres y presentaciones con múltiples audiencias.- Proactividad y orientación a resultados.- Capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas con stakeholders y equipos distribuidos.**Formación Académica**- Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración, Sistemas, Marketing Digital o afines.- Certificaciones deseables: PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días por enfermedad- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Trabajo desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Inglés: 4 años (Obligatorio)- SQL: 4 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 06600, Ciudad de México
